my favorite venetian snares albums, ranked
I listen to a lot of Venetian Snares, so I wanted to rank my fave albums by him.
1. Rossz Csillag Alatt Született
I know, I know. The default Vsnares album. His masterpiece. But that's why I like it! It stands out from his other albums (and other albums in the breakcore genre, for that matter) due to the strings that accompany the chopped breaks. Such a cool album, Hajnal is really good.
2. Chocolate Wheelchair Album
There are so many good songs on this album. My personal picks are Abomination Street, Einstien-Rosen Bridge, Epidermis, and Hand Throw. Full of wacky sounds, this album is a Vsnares standout, all choppy and wacky.
3. Detrimentalist
This album is amazing in so many ways. It's full of electronic goodness, full of classics, such as Gentleman, Eurocore MVP, Bebikukorica Nigiri, and Circle Pit. The ammount of vocal samples on this album makes me happy. :)

4. My Downfall (Original Soundtrack)
The followup to Rossz Csillag Allat Született. This one dwells more on Funk's "downfall", and has a focus on the sounds of strings and less on breaks. still really good album tho.
5. Traditional Synthesizer Music
An album that focuses more on Funk's wall of modular synths, and every song was recorded in one take. Sounds very Aphex Twin coated, but is really damn good.
